1. Provider information

Service provider: FamIT Solutions and Technologies LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: info@moj-racun.rs.

2. The service

Moj Račun helps you scan, store and organise receipts, track spending and warranties. Features may change over time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information and verify your email address where asked.

4. Local and online mode

In local mode data stays on your device and you are responsible for backing it up. Moving to online mode is a one-time migration of local data into your account.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the receipts and photos you add. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and display them to you in order to run the service. Only upload content you have the right to use.

6. Intellectual property

The Moj Račun name, logo, apps, website, scanner software and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the apps for their intended purpose. Copying, modifying or reverse engineering them is not allowed except as the law permits.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or attack the service.
• Do not upload unlawful or harmful content or other people’s data without a right to do so.
• Do not circumvent ads, limits or security measures.

8. Receipt data and accuracy

Receipt details come from the QR code and the public service of the Serbian Tax Administration (PURS). We do not guarantee their availability or accuracy. Statistics, categories and warranty dates are aids only; check original receipts and warranty terms. Warranty reminders are a convenience and may fail, for example if notifications are disabled.

9. Free service, ads and Premium

• Moj Račun is free to use and is supported by advertising.
• Premium is an optional subscription that removes ads. Its price and billing period are shown before you buy.
• Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google; web purchases are billed through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time in the place you subscribed; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow the rules of the store or provider and applicable consumer law.

10. Consumer rights, withdrawal and complaints

• If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Serbian Consumer Protection Law or mandatory law of your country of residence.
• Prices are shown in the currency of the store or checkout together with taxes before you pay.
• If you buy Premium on our website, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, unless you asked us to start the service immediately and it has been performed in full; in that case you may be charged proportionally for what was already provided. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play follow Apple’s or Google’s refund rules.
• To withdraw or complain, write to info@moj-racun.rs with your account email and a description. We will confirm receipt and respond to a complaint within 8 days. Consumers may also turn to the competent consumer protection authorities and associations or the courts.

11. No professional advice

Moj Račun is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in it is tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and receipts stored in it do not replace the original fiscal receipt where the law requires it.

12. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or discontinue features, and we may change these terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

13. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or profit, or issues caused by third-party services. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

14. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or harm the service. On deletion your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence, nor your right to bring a claim before the courts there.
